Jesse Bates
A founding team member at Valor Education, Jesse is responsible for the business operations, finances, and growth strategy for a dynamic non-profit that runs K-12 classical charter schools, the Valor Institute for Studies in Person and Community, and a new faith-based private school in development. Jesse lives with his wife and four children outside Austin and is a member of St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church.

Don Bennett
A serial entrepreneur with 42 years of experience starting, owning, operating, and buying and selling small and mid-sized businesses, Don serves on the board of the Texas Public Policy Foundation and has held leadership roles at the West Texas Food Bank and Midland Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Lenee are based in Austin and have four children and four grandchildren.
