Congress Is Addicted To Spending. Our Kids Will Pay the Price.
This week, Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” passed the House, introducing new tax cuts promised on the campaign trail and making the tax reforms from his first administration permanent. However, for all the hype around DOGE, this budget plan does almost nothing to address the $2.5 trillion we’re adding to the national debt every year. The Republican-controlled Congress has once again failed to live up to its claims of fiscal responsibility. Entitlement spending, endless wars, and rising interest on the debt have pushed us to the brink. Can we pull back before our age of decadence turns into an age of collapse?
